As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting technical consulting projects and ensuring smooth delivery of IT professional services. In this role, you will facilitate project management processes, translate business requirements into actionable plans, and work independently and collaboratively to support project success. Your expertise will be critical in coordinating project activities, managing communications, and maintaining project documentation. 

 

Key Responsibilities

Project Support:  

    • Manage and support project delivery activities independently, proactively seeking guidance to ensure project success. 
    • Coordinate project resources, schedules, and administrative processes with minimal direct supervision. 

Communication and Coordination:  

    • Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and clients. 
    • Schedule and coordinate project meetings, maintaining clear and professional communication channels. 
    • Develop and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status updates, and project tracking materials. 
    • Assist in preparing client-facing materials and presentations. 

Qualifications: 

Experience:  

    • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or related field in IT or professional services 
    • Proven experience in supporting project management activities and maintaining project documentation 

Skills:  

    • Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail 
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on efficient project support 
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
